Cooking and baking takes place in our fully equipped kitchen.  Attendees who choose these sessions are introduced to producing a variety of hot and cold dishes and baked goods.  The focus of these sessions is food preparation skills, kitchen hygiene, social and maths skills.  Achievement is recognised by the awards of Masterchef and Bake-Off Champion. Nationally recognised qualifications are available in this area
